Coaching: Guardianship and Open Adoption
This coaching session is for leaders; management of all levels, team leaders, coordinators, practice specialists/practice leads.
It will provide a more detailed, intimate reflective practice space. The PSP Learning Hub coaching is based on the GROW model.
Coaching is a trained and practiced skill that assists PSP Service Providers to reflect on practice and set and reach personal goals that are in line with organisational objectives, increasing their knowledge, understanding and skills in service delivery to children, young people, and families.
